Alliance Duel

State Ruler

No State Ruler Yet

Monday in Alliance Duel is themed as "Modified Vehicle Boost". It is supposedly one of the easier days in Alliance Duel, but worths only 1 victory points. You get points for Radar Events, Boomers, Zombies, Berserk Zombies, opening component boxes and upgrading your modified vehicle using Blueprints, Golden Wrenches. As you can guess, openint those component boxes can always wait until monday, so that can be a source of some points. The key resource for today is fuel, as you will need it to do boomers or zombies.

It means you should have enough fuel for plenty of activity on Mondays, and you should make sure you can spend enogh fuel on doing Boomers. You should also use all the Modification Blueprints you have on your vehicle and all the golden wrenches you can use. It means it make sense to save as many blueprints and wrenches for mondays is a good strategy. You can have finished radar tasks where you haven't yet collected the rewards saved to score extra points, creating extra points with a bit of preparation.

Points are from:

  • Using 1 Modification Bluepring to upgrade your vehicle: 20 points
  • Using 1 Golden Wrench to upgrade your vehicle: 5000 points
  • Using 1 Radar events: 5000 points
  • Opening Modified vehicle components boxes: between 500 and 40500 points depending on level
  • Killing boomers: 1600 to 2000 points, but they also award blueprints you can use
  • Gathering resources
  • Buying packs containing diamonds

Possible preparations and timing

As radar events tend to refill once in every 8 hours, you might have 1 set of events from Sunday, 3 sets of events from Monday if you time it right, and you can get the extra events from character ability. As on Mod Vehicle Boost day of Alliance Duel usually you have 2 Full Preparedness events with Mod Vehicle boost, you can spend most of your Blueprints / Golden Wrenches in one such Full Preparedness phase and do boomers, spend the remaining Blueprints / Wrenches in the other, and that way you can also secure 6 chests from Full preparedness phases, and 12 points from the 18 to secure the 3 daily full preparedness step. In the phase where you only spend your collected blueprints and wrenches you only spend minutes so it can be done on a short break, even if you cannot afford to really play the game at that time. You could also check the radar if you have like 5 minutes (smoke break, toilet break, anything) and be more active at the phase where you would consider doing boomers.

As Mod Vehicle Boost is on monday, the stock for the Deal Shop resets just in time. The Glory Shop section of Deal Shop has some Golden Wrenches and Blueprints, so people should have a reasonable chance to buy those from the Glory Shop and use for the event. The VIP shop section also have golden wrenches for the event.

Related alliance event: Zombie Siege

Zombie siege awards Golden Wrenches for rewards. Doing it on monday, at a relatively early hour makes sure that most of the alliance have the Golden Wrenches from the events ready for the Alliance Duel phase. That event can be done when people are offline and they can wake up and take the rewards. Doing that event late on Monday means people who are already asleep at the time of the event only get the rewards after the Mod Vehicle Boost AD phase finishes. If they would expect significant improvements from the upgrades (and hope the benefits from the upgrade would help in Enemy Buster or Capital Clash) it is uncertain if it would be optimal to save the rewards for a full week.

Fuel economy, Deal Store and Strategy

If we have a significant lead and you have fuel left, you can go looting, if we need points to close the gap we can do boomers, the key is managing your fuel. You should remember that in most days you only need fuel for plundering, Furylord and Danger Lurks, sometimes for Saga Zombies, you need more fuel on Monday for this event, but you will need fuel for Enemy Buster phase too, and Capital Clash. The fuel you can get from the VIP shop if you already have the VIP level (either from daily points, points bought with diamons, or points from purchases) you can buy the weekly fuel the deals shop from mondays reset, but if you use the extra fuel on monday and don't leave any reserves things can be tougher in Enemy Buster and Capital Clash.

Packs and pay to win options

While in the store you might have some deals to get more blueprints or golden wrenches and they are useful to get some advantage in the game, if you want varied resources there is another, cheap, option. A single radar task would give you 5000 points + bonuses, if you purchase 20 additional radar tasks that is 100000 points + bonuses. The buying packs containing Diamonds with 30 points per diamonds would need over 3333 diamonds in packages to match this. So it is a cheap way to boost the score for the alliance if you are willing to spend money on that purpose. If it lets you to level up radar intensity levels and get radar tasks refreshed, that can create extra points and can increase the benefits of this tactic. But it isn't guaranteed that the fuel in the pack is enough for it.

The first and cheapest pack of fuel gives you an option to do 6 boomers. If you use level 10 boomers with good rallies from the alliance, that can bring you 900 blueprints. That is 12000 points for boomers and 18000 points for the use of blueprints. 2 packs of fuel are good for 15 boomers, and it would be 30000 points for boomers, and 45000 points for use of blueprints, so the use of fuel is less efficient compared to using the radar event purchases.

Additional considerations

  • This day isn't only easy for us, it is also easy for our opponents and you only get 1 points for it, but it is a head start for the week, and can help to boost motivation for the alliance.
  • You should prepare for the coming days Alliance Duel phases even on Monday.
  • Even with moderate effort and without too high bonuses it is reasonably easy to get enough points for at least 6 chests
  • Even without bonuses, without preparation, only doing 16 radar tasks for 80000 points you would get 2 chests. For doing 5 boomers extra for Danger Lurks you could get 10000 more points and 15000 from the blueprints just farmed. If you had some troops out gathering things while you were offline that should add a few more points. Using the Glory shop rewards to get the points is also easy and it isn't time consuming. The 5 wrenches from Glory Shop is 25000 more points + bonuses and people who meet the requirements to be in these alliances should be able to collect more from Zombie siege. In NDSY collecting points that would let you open at least 3 chests is a bare minimum, but 4-5 chests are reasonable goals for low level members.
